MOON WALKER

We understand. Your perpetual clock refuses to stop at sunset, and your ever-beating heart yearns for more.
And that is why we introduce a twilight golf experience.

Our incorporated high intensity discharge light system extends playable time into the early hours of the night to provide you a clear field of view to the hole.

High lumen LED keeps your ball’s location clearly visible in flight and landing to keep your competition alive and focused. 56 of light poles are situated within tree lines to keep them out of sight during the day while 53 additional retractable light poles are placed closer to the courses to better assist your vision. Retractable light poles are brilliantly lowered to a minimum profile barely a meter tall, so they remain out of sight during the day.

We paid meticulous attention to details such as the location and angle of the lighting system so that the beams project and converge only onto the courses for maximum effect, and never impact the villa community.

Welcome to another out-of-this-world experience brought to you by Van Tri Golf Club.

Front Back
Hole # 01 Par 04
Hole # 01 Par 04

An inviting par 4 hole to begin your day at Van Tri Golf Club, this dogleg hole slightly curves to right. A tee-shot just to the right side of the fairway bunker would perfectly situate the next shot while avoiding tall trees on the right side of the fairway. The green is elevated at the center, so a careful selection of an iron club is important.

Hole # 02 Par 04
Hole # 02 Par 04

A short-distanced par 4 hole. Aim for the left side of the right bunker. Although a hazard runs along the left of the fairway, left fairway still remains preferred direction to keep the bunker on the forefront of the green out of equation. With a good tee-shot, you may have an opportunity for a birdie with a short iron.

Hole # 03 Par 04
Hole # 03 Par 04

Distance and accuracy are essential in this par 4. Aim for the right side edge of the left bunker, and you may be able to avoid two bunkers in the background. Following a well executed tee-shot, the second shot demands and accurate distance: too short, the ball rolls down, too far, hazard and bunker awaits. If you fail initial green-on, and accurate approach shot has to be performed.

Hole # 04 Par 03
Hole # 04 Par 03

This is a challenging par 3, the breathtaking landscape and scenery are undeniably the signature of Van Tri Golf Club. After a shot over a hazard, a deep bunker is located left foreground of the green. The green offers a dramatic contour, so wherever your pin is, aim for the dead center.

Hole # 05 Par 04
Hole # 05 Par 04

4 bunkers are aligned on the right side of the fairway one after another. This par 4 hole demands a long and accurate tee-shot. The green runs from left to right, but right side of the green is more forgiving than the left. The sheer number of bunkers might seem daunting, but if you play safe, you will not be disappointed.

Hole # 06 Par 05
Hole # 06 Par 05

With spacious landing zone for tee-shot, swing away on this par 5. If you dispatch your tee-shot fat between the two bunkers, the lay up zone will be within easy range for your fairway wood. You will face 3 bunkers on your third shot. The green has a short width, so accurate bearing is the key. Smaller bunkers surround the green, and the green is slightly elevated so if you miss the landing zone, you face a difficult approach shot.

Hole # 07 Par 03
Hole # 07 Par 03

A slight down-sloped par 3. The green runs left to right, so players tend to aim for the left but end up in the left side bunker. There is a sufficient space between the right edge of the green and a hazard, so you may consider taking advantage of this space.

Hole # 08 Par 04
Hole # 08 Par 04

A beautiful lake side view on the left will easily distract you, but you should stay focused to tee-off over an immediate hazard. Measure the distance to clear the hazard, and determine the approach vector. Surrounding the green are deep bunker to the foreground, hazard to the left, and a steep down hill on the right. Keep in mind that although this par 4 is short distanced, it still is an index #1.

Hole # 09 Par 05
Hole # 09 Par 05

What better way to finish the first half with a bold par 5, now that you have an opportunity to grab a birdie. The first objective is to avoid the left fairway bunker. Aim for the bunker on the right on your tee-shot, and you will secure a good line of sight to the third shot. Take extra caution to avoid the third bunker as its depth and close proximity to the green prevent an easy escape. Foreground of the green has steep slope.

Hole # 10 Par 04
Hole # 10 Par 04

A not-too-long par 4, your tee-shot should aim for the left of the bunker. The green is tricky, so your second shot should utilize a short iron to get as much close to the pin as possible. Green runs from left to right in the front, and right to left in the back.

Hole # 11 Par 05
Hole # 11 Par 05

A dogleg par 5 curving to right, if distance is your game, you may attempt a 2-on. Note that many seasoned players attempt a short-cut to the right on their tee-shot, and end up blocked by a dense tree line. Beware of the right fairway bunker when lay up. The green is spacious, but because of the contour, if you are far from the hole, putting may become extra challenging.

Hole # 12 Par 04
Hole # 12 Par 04

The only hole without a bunker at Van Tri Golf Club, you may choose one of two fairways depending on your pin location. The right side fairway may be shorter, but the right side hazard can be imposing. If your pin is on the left, left side fairway may be the way to go despite that it is longer. A dense group of trees divide the two fairways, so be careful not to stray your shot into it. The green has a short depth, so you should exercise accuracy.

Hole # 13 Par 03
Hole # 13 Par 03

A large and deep bunker is situated on the left of the green. This par 3 hole is large and long, so depending on your pin location, your club selection can be quite varied. Be aware that if you hit to the right side to avoid the bunker, you may end up in the hazard. Also take caution that far half of the green is down slope towards the hazard.

Hole # 14 Par 04
Hole # 14 Par 04

A difficult and long par 4 hole that should begin by a tee-shot to the right side of fairway bunker. After the fairway bunker, a down grade begins towards a hazard, so an accurate determination of distance to the hazard is important. If you manage to avoid the two bunkers in front of the green, you are guaranteed a good score.

Hole # 15 Par 04
Hole # 15 Par 04

A short par 4 hole. Rather than a long tee-shot, a shot just before the bunker is an ideal strategy. The tall ridge line of fairway bunker blocks both visual and trajectory of your next shot. A shot just short of the bunker followed by a short iron shot to the pin is recommended.

Hole # 16 Par 03
Hole # 16 Par 03

Depending on where you tee-off, this par 3 hole present different kinds of challenges. The green spans side and shallow from tiger and blue tee boxes, while it becomes visibly narrow and deep from the white and red tee boxes. Be aware that the green has a steep incline towards the center.

Hole # 17 Par 05
Hole # 17 Par 05

Depending on where you tee-off, you may employ different strategy. If you successfully tee-off far straight to the ridge on the left, you can easily make a shot over the two bunkers and lay up right before the hazard. A creek runs near the third shot location, and a fairway with 37 yard width is near the landing zone, but try no to lay up on this small fairway.

Hole # 18 Par 04
Hole # 18 Par 04

A perfect way to finish your beautiful day with a mid-distanced par 4 hole. Players confident in their distance may consider a direct shot to the green. A conservative play, however, is to tee-off to the direction of two bunkers, and to use a short iron for second shot. The green runs from right to left toward the water, so aim for the right side of the pin.
